Terrible communication and unresponsive management. Trying to speak with their management team is almost mission impossible. Karen Obamas was somewhat responsive, unfortunately she doesn't work at Pine Management anymore. Stay away from this company, we did everything with them by the book, we where exemplary tenants and we left behind a pristine unit when we vacated it for the new tenant. I recently had to call the Pine Emergency Line, on a Saturday night (9 PM), as a neighbor had left a sink running and the damage to my unit was severe. The off-site Super arrived at my unit immediately and was able to handle the situation. Communication with Jay Kaplan and his predecessors has always been transparent-sometimes the conversation isn't an easy one to have but I have found the solutions to be professional & satisfactory.
I am having a problem in my bathroom and requesting someone to fix, for weeks but no one, at Pine Management cares. Recently I’ve been talking with Jason, which happens to be the son of MR. Thomas the owner and nothing happened either. He doesn’t even answer the phone anymore. They are a piece of work.
