We have been a resident at Pine Lane for three years and this community was truly perfect. The location is so close to everything but also is tucked away and quiet. The reason we are moving is simply for more space but Pine Lane is an amazing property and I highly recommend. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and make this property feel very modern. We rented at Pine Lane Estate’s for an over a year. The staff is very friendly and professional. They were also quick to respond. An absolute amazing job was done keeping the common area clean of all the salt during winter, which we really appreciated. Overall a nice quiet place to live. Thank you Pine Lane Estates for an outstanding job.
Pine Lane is a great find if you're looking for a quiet spot near East Lansing. The apartments are massive and having a fireplace is such a nice touch. It's clear the team is constantly upgrading things like the entryways and parking areas. It shows they actually care about keeping the community in top shape. These are gorgeous, spacious apartments and we love living here. Our apartment has plenty of natural light, there are large walk-in closets in both bedrooms, and we have two full bathrooms and laundry facilities just off the kitchen. There are large trees outside our door, and we love to sit out there and watch the squirrels run around and listen to the birds in the morning while enjoying our coffee (our cat loves this view too!).
