Great place to live, pet friendly, very spacious and affordable apartments surrounded by restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Minutes away from MSU and U of M (Sparrow) hospital by highway.
As an DTN employee I love how cozy and welcoming this community feels. It’s pet friendly, which makes it even better! You’ll always see happy residents and their furry friends around. The location is so convenient, right by Eastwood Shopping Center, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and surrounded by nature. It’s a great mix of convenience and comfort, and I’m proud to be part of it!
Advice to any DTN residents: make sure to get everything in writing, keep records, and document all interactions with this company. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that they will take advantage of you despite being a long-term resident of the community. Just be cautious and protect yourself by documenting everything!
The noise from my upstairs neighbors is incredibly loud. The footsteps are obnoxious and make my kitchen rattle. The noise is mostly during the day/early evening so the resident manger can’t do anything about it until after hours. I can’t work from home anymore - I had to move out back into my parents’ house because of the constant noise during the day. I’m not even staying at this apartment anymore because it’s so loud. Definitely would not recommend this property to anyone looking for peace and quiet.
