I have lived here for almost 2 years now when I first moved here it was peaceful and quiet but now you have people moving in their family and friends and the noise all day and night you cannot sit in your living room and watch TV on the weekends because they talk too loud. I have been at Pine Lakes for about five months and have been happy with the townhouse and management thus far. They have been great with getting maintenance issues resolved and working to make my townhouse more comfortable, as I plan to stay here indefinitely while I am in Charleston. Maintenance makes an appointment, and they actually show up, get the work done and don't "no-show" or have to make 4-5 trips to fix one simple thing. Hi everybody, let me explain briefly about this apartment, I am deaf mother of 3 children especially my last child is deaf also. I am grateful for their heart to help us to approve to have a place. We been here for almost 7 years survived. Yes I understands there are up and down in this neighborhood. I can't help thankful for their kindness and patience.
