Called here to receive a quote and the lady kept saying they were closing early and continued to rush me off the phone. I had a very particular question and couldn't even get it out without her talking over me. Extremely rude and unnecessary.
Nice place, super clean, a lot of trucks. I was dropping off, and the counter person was very nice and made the drop-off as easy as it gets. I got the final email settlement within the hour, and everything was right. Highly recommended!!

Upon arriving to pick up the cargo van I had reserved four days earlier, I was told it wasn’t available because of a recent vandalism. I was asked if I’d been notified the day before, which I wasn’t. Now, wouldn’t you make it a point to inform the customer by maybe trying to call and actually getting ahold of them?
