Horrible location for u-haul rentals. Manager Mackenzie is atrocious on the phone. We had 2 26’ trucks and auto transports scheduled to drop off. I received a voicemail about how I dropped off a truck in Nebraska that was supposed to be returned to Oklahoma and there were a bunch of fees. I called back and attempted to explain but she kept rudely cutting me off. Rented a unit here, just closed it for moving. Great experience, they always went above and beyond, like cutting a lock for me way after hours when I lost a key, patient and very, very easy to deal with.

Called here to receive a quote and the lady kept saying they were closing early and continued to rush me off the phone. I had a very particular question and couldn't even get it out without her talking over me. Extremely rude and unnecessary.
