I currently live here and have been living here for almost 4 years and I can tell you that the owners really don't give two craps about if you have a problem with your neighbor I.e. their trash cans on your property them pouring concrete on your property then destroying your trees on your property. Every year they raise the lot rent only good thing that I can say is that you have to outright buy your trailer and not rent that kind of keeps down some of the trash but you still will find them. Hope to not live here much longer
Great place to live neighborhood is quiet and calm everybody seems to respect each other couldn't ask for more
Clean and easy going place to live. The people seem to respect everyone. It's clean and quiet. My only issue the place has a flooding issue from everything being built up around the park so some streets flood badly.
