Although I haven't totally moved in, the office , staff has been outstanding! Now that I have been here 4 1/2 mths, my bathroom ceiling had a leak, repair fix so so. Came back from a vacation to find my carpet by the utility closet soaked, apparently the drainage piping was not connected properly (according to their "maintenance manager) and my kitchen flooring (brand new when I moved in) was water logged as well. Their maintenance guy once fixed a leak from my dishwasher. That was pretty cool because I didn’t have to step in puddles in my kitchen and get wet socks, which is not the worst thing in the world, but it’s pretty bad still. You wouldn’t think wet socks would affect your quality of life, but as they say, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. Hug your dry socks, friends. Treasure them. Anyway….. my dishwasher doesn’t leak anymore.
