There were some technical difficulties but Mandy helped me through it. She was so helpful.
1st incident happened when there was leak in my ceiling that collapsed on my couch and the maintenance guy slung wet drywall over my tv, couch, plants and china cabinet. He put a dryer in but removed a few hours later while the floor was wet. He stated hell be back to vaccume the water up. He never returned so I called the next day and they returned the dryer to dry the the carpet of somewhat. To fix the hole in my ceiling took about 3 weeks to repair and another week to paint.
