I contacted this company for an ant issue inside my home. After paying for the service and being promised a guarantee, I was then asked to pay additional charges when the ants were still present. The issue was never resolved by them, and I ultimately had to hire another company who fixed the problem in just one visit. I have requested a refund however have not received a response. I would recommend avoiding this company.

I was pleased with the first two treatments, and the technicians were great. However, I am confused as to why this company refused to service me without a valid reason. They merely stated that they couldn't guarantee their work because I feed tortoises in my yard and suggested that I contact another company instead. To me, this does not fully satisfy a customer's needs, which is something I read about on their website.
