History Established in 2001. Dr Rich began practicing in 2001 in Atlanta, Ga then returned back home to Southwest Florida and opened an office on Pine Island. While on Pine Island Dr Rich earned the title of Best Chiropractor five years in a row. Dr Rich moved his office to Fort Myers for a few years, before settling in North Fort Myers.
