I don't like how a vet never sees my pet! They are cheap but you also get cheap service, they said I would have to pay extra just to talk to the Doctor! BS I think i will pay the extra for the better service! Cheap prices cheap service!
I would not give them any stars! My Uncle has been taking his lab their for her check-ups. Never any issues until 6 weeks ago when she actually needed veterinary care. He spent close to $1,000 in the past 6 weeks. This Saturday, 2-1-14, she took a turn for the worse. When we called them we were told, "We're about to close. We can't do anything for you." The SPCA took care of her and helped us say good-bye to a beautiful friend and family member. No thanks to Pine Hills Rd & W. Colonial Pet Hospital. Never again!
