This “appraisal company” doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They are completely unresponsive. Just last the other review from a couple years ago, Karen has disappeared and our buyer is at risk of losing the house. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. They don’t have any phone numbers that work, they don’t have a functioning website. It’s almost like they don’t exist.
