Very quiet, clean, well maintained and fast response to requests for service. Staff are always friendly and trustworthy. Susan always smiles and welcomes me into the office, helps locate my packages and asks how I'm doing.
It’s been 12 months of me and my family living here so I figured I’d give another review. Had a maintenance emergency. And maintenance was here under 20 minutes. They were kind and polite and did everything that they could to fix it even with it being 4 AM lol …Super thankful to Pine Hills and their maintenance team for all the upkeep that they do.
