I do NOT recommend Pine Haven Mobile Home Park. I had minor issues between a 13 year old girl and my 6 year old son there. The landlord decided to give me a warning and began telling all the other children in the park about the situation. Very disrespectful. If it were me, I would have issues resolved between the ADULTS, NOT children that are under the age of 14. On top of that, the monthly expenses are ridiculous.
