i will not never rent from Pine Haven ever again because of the Maintenance issue sewer always backed up and plus every once in a while when they feel like cutting the grass if y'all try to rent, the trailers are affected with roaches, bad environment, but the one in California will not it doesn't wanna do anything with this place anyways he's always want money but never get the deposit back to anybody so crazy but it's OK. I have another place that it's better than the one I'm staying in a lot better and very friendly
