Parking sucks here they only allow two cars per unit , while there are lots of open guest parking over night available, the board members never try to fix that problem because they don’t care , they tell you it’s not there problem! , we have 3 cars , so I have to risk my car being towed even though I live here and I have to figure out where to park it every night and not to mention the office people never know anything and they blame everything on the HOA member which all also know nothing , like please this is Bonita trying... read more
If I can give this place 0 stars I would, parking is a headache because they only allow 2 cars per unit and with more than 2 adults in a unit with full time jobs it is impossible to live here. they will not allow you to park your car here which is insane since I pay to live here. And god forbid you forget to go to the office to get a parking pass for a guest because they will tow your guest vehicle, theirs a reason why people are selling and moving out of this community, Please don’t buy or rent here!
I stayed with a friend on vacation few years back, and I was considering t buying in there myself, but the home owners association was TERRIBLE! They are the definition of nasty and miserable older people. I literally saw a 4 yr old boy drinking a juice box on the side of the pool and one of the association “officers” of the home owners ran over and yelled at the mom “NO drinks in the pool” one night we came home from the beach tired and I forgot to put my pass in my car, within an hour there was a note/violation on it sayin... read more
