BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! These BRAND NEW HOMES are literally falling apart AND MOLDING before our 4 year lease term is up! People are voluntarily surrendering their homes because floors are rotting and molded. RHP IS IGNORING US!!! Insurance isn't covering repairs because these are manufacture defects!!!! MULTIPLE HOMES AFFECTED!!!!!!!
