For a while, I enjoyed living in this place. Every time I had contacted the front office, they would help me out. But after a couple months, I requested a reserved parking space due to my job. They informed me that they would order the sign and never contacted me since. I would call, or show up in person to ask regarding the progress on said sign and would always get told "We're waiting on it to get made". This happened for about 7 months. Man, I was really looking forward to living here. I've only been signed into my lease for less than 2 months and my experience has been horrible! Upon move-in: - huge HUGE roach infestation. I have (allegedly, I'm never home) had pest control here every week and still seeing roaches. They crawled on my bed and our oven kitchen clock looks gross from them being inside the display and leaving droppings. - Dryer takes 3 cycles to dry ONE load. My electric bill is way too high because of that. I've put in 2 tickets to get it fix... read more
We have been living here 7 months now and we are very happy with Pine Harbour. I prefer to list pros and cons to make it easier. Pros -Great location, close to all big stores, UCF and highway. -Facilities are maintained well, some places need a touch up but overall it’s good. -Maintenance team and their responsiveness is exceptional. -Leasing office provides great service and they are always kind. -I like the fact that parking is not assigned, it doesn’t force you to park next to someone who can’t park. -New roof -Catering c... read more
