All of the reviews are from tours and the rest must be bots. This place would be good if they bulldozed all the buildings down and started over. I will spare you all the novel this place deserves but here’s the “highlights”: Roach infestation, black mold, electric problems, mold gushing out of the tubs, gate never works, and move out charges not highlighted in lease. The maintenance team deserves all the recognition, especially Kenny! He's always friendly, respectful, and quick to respond whenever a maintenance request comes up. You can tell he takes pride in his work because everything is completed thoroughly and with great attention to detail. Having a maintenance team that genuinely cares about the residents makes such a difference.
