Got to tour with Layla. She was very nice and lots of information about the place.
I would strongly advise against applying to here. Initially, they were very responsive and eager to get me to apply. However, as soon as I paid the application fee, their communication suddenly disappeared. I called and emailed multiple times to ask about the next steps, only to be met with silence or vague responses. All those good reviews have to be bots bc there is no way we’re living in the same apartment complex. The apartment itself would be really cute if it wasn't for the roach infestation. And goodluck having the front office do anything for you if you called or emailed them. If you don’t show up and ask them face to face to do something, it’s not gonna get done. It has been great living here. So far 2 years in, we have had regular apartment issues but all have been documented and dealt with. Special appreciation for the maintenance guys. Especially Ken, they all go out of their way to help if they can!!
