New manager Tia ********** has had contractors updating since before Christmas. Tia, maintenance, and contractors have resolved all my work orders and pleased with the results. Since living here in different units i must say she puts forward alot of effort to resolve issues in a timely fashion and within the budget she has alloted. a collection is trying to collect a debt on behalf of Pine Grove Apartments. The apartment was unlivable and they did nothing to change it 2006- Apr. 2018
I moved into Pine Grove Apartments (Latter & Blum Property) in 2017. The property is not in very good shape. The dumpsters are always overflowing, trash is always all over the property, piles of trash is always at the exits of the parking lots, including non movable and or wrecked vehicles are always parked on the premises as if the property is a storage unit. Maintenance is always on the premises, but rarely fixes anything, and if they are fixing on something it is never fully fixed, causing more issues than before. I.e. my... read more
very nasty apartment complex. Trash is everywhere, dumpsters are running over, broken, wrecked, cars parked all over the place, loud music all times of the day and night, drug dealers living and visiting on the premises. Infested with rats, roaches, bats, bed bugs and other pests. Very unlivable.
