I recently had to relocate due to job change to the Modesto area. I looked at many vacant apartments before making my choice to move to Pine Grove. I’m glad I took a chance. I ask the manager when we were walking the grounds “what’s up with the reviews?” She explained in two words past ownership Clearly the reviews posted are YEARS in the past. My sibling stayed at this apartment for many years. I would not recommend this apartment to even the worst of my enemies. Eva and Christina, some of the managers that I dealt with, are horrible people to work with who speak with a sense of ruling authority as if they are the landlords of the world. They are condescending towards other people, especially if you look like an immigrant and cannot speak English well. Maintenance is never carried out on time.
