There is no way to get ahold of the manager or who owns this unit now.When you call you get a call center in the Phillippines and they will not tell you anything. I do appreciate the storage unit and pay automatic every month with no issues except trying to find out who owns it every time it is sold, so my automatic payment is still in effect and not cancelled by the newer owners. Other than that it is a great storage unit.
I rented a unit from them in August 2024. My unit was not ready on the move in date as I arrived from out of state. I was forced to move into a dirty unit which I did. They gave me a discount. Fast forward to December, no issues, bill has been paid on time every month except December due to my seeing that my rent was raised by $80 from what I initially agreed to 4 months prior.
