I was assigned to this agency due to porting from oceana County to muskegon County. Due to pine Grove never doing their job I lost my rental and lost my voucher. I wouldnt recommend going through muskegon County with a voucher
They've made many improvements. Help in the community. It's actually nice to walk in and somebody greet you with kindness, a decent conversation and that treats you like. A dirty rag laying in a mud hole
Very very considerate of the sensitivity of people's situations and go to all lengths to help
I have nothing but praise for the people at pine Grove Mike is my caseworker has been wonderful to work with and presently work with he answers emails very promptly for those of you who are trying to get through to them the easiest way to do it is through email. I had my housing voucher transferred to pine Grove from St Joseph county yes it did take me a while to find a place but when I did they were very prompt to get everything done kudos to Mike and all of the staff at pine Grove!
