Terrible experience. Staff was rude after being confronted about what they called an "Honest Mistake". They were either stealing and fudging the books or it's a case of seriously gross incompetence.
I was assigned to this agency due to porting from oceana County to muskegon County. Due to pine Grove never doing their job I lost my rental and lost my voucher. I wouldnt recommend going through muskegon County with a voucher
They've made many improvements. Help in the community. It's actually nice to walk in and somebody greet you with kindness, a decent conversation and that treats you like. A dirty rag laying in a mud hole
Very very considerate of the sensitivity of people's situations and go to all lengths to help
