Update 3/2026 - Re: Mgmt - Since our last review, we have been blessed with two new managers who acknowledge this community as actual people.. They understand that our homes are investments for us and because we want our homes to thrive, we want this community to thrive… This little park has so much potential, it was truly disheartening to not have it appreciated. We are still hopeful for the small wins of a security gate and other upgrades, but knowing there is a team who sees US has been a huge relief we are thankful for. ... read more

No one who has bought within the last year has one, or even knew they existed until changes in lot rent and surprise fees were added to our lot rent. As a Ny Fla. we decided on Pine Grove Estates with Island Communities. The highlight of our purchasing experience was working with Suzanne - She is nothing less than incredible. She liaised between us the corporate office - giving to help us with new ownership transition. Coming from out of state, we identify with this new and growing community and are happy with the choice we made.
