As a Ny Fla. we decided on Pine Grove Estates with Island Communities. The highlight of our purchasing experience was working with Suzanne - She is nothing less than incredible. She liaised between us the corporate office - giving to help us with new ownership transition. Coming from out of state, we identify with this new and growing community and are happy with the choice we made.
