My land lord Tay is the sweetest and the best and she has caring compassion for her tenants She tries her hardest to work with you no matter what the situation is and very well with communication. I say this because it’s true and I’m a witness to this I greatly appreciate her
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! IT IS VERY UN TAKEN CARE OF AND NOTHING EVER WORKS!!! I HAVENT BEEN ABLE DO TO LAUNDRY IN 3 days!!!! Becuz they won’t fix their systems to load money on the cards! Which is ridiculous to already be paying 2.50 to wash a load and then another 2.50 to dry them!!! Black mold growing in the bathroom walls! Front door handles never put together right so they just break!! Now I am stuck in a lease I cannot get out of! Save yourself a trip and DONOT LIVE HERE!
Taide is super helpful and probably the best landlady person so far. Plus shoutout to Hector and Angel as well. They always get stuff done, even if it's a Saturday. Just be open and communicate with them, yes they are a bit slower but I do believe it's due to years of neglect from previous owners and landlords (I've been here 3yrs I know first hand lol)
I don't necessarily dislike this place and I'd love to give it a higher rating. But they really need to be cautious who they allow to live here and take noise complaints a little more seriously. Obviously there is going to be noise it's an apartment building, but noise all day and night is not okay.
Used to live here when i was like 5 or 6 it was a great place to live theres been huge updates to the placd plenty of room for kids to play and theres literally 3 stores and a resteraunt not even half a mile a way which is way worth it. Will forever love this place.
