Taide and Hector both do a great job people get a little impatient with them but they haven't realized that these 2 are running 2 property's completely alone and it definitely can get hectic but they are doing amazing !

Taide does her best i have visted both properties and spoken with taide on multiple occasions and she has always been very nice and gets the things done that need done thanks again taide for all u do
I use to live here a few years back and it was so bad the trafficking and the trash outside an in the hallways was so out of control I have had the privilege to meet the manager Taide that is there now and she has done a amazing job at keeping the property clean , updated, and away from all the drama I would definitely live here again as long as she remains property manager and Laurel Residential stays owning them!
My land lord Tay is the sweetest and the best and she has caring compassion for her tenants She tries her hardest to work with you no matter what the situation is and very well with communication. I say this because it’s true and I’m a witness to this I greatly appreciate her
