DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! IT IS VERY UN TAKEN CARE OF AND NOTHING EVER WORKS!!! I HAVENT BEEN ABLE DO TO LAUNDRY IN 3 days!!!! Becuz they won’t fix their systems to load money on the cards! Which is ridiculous to already be paying 2.50 to wash a load and then another 2.50 to dry them!!! Black mold growing in the bathroom walls! I honestly want to leave a better review but I just cannot. If you want a safe place to live, this isn't it. I'm convinced they no longer do background checks, the police are a constant presence here, and it seems like Taide and Laurel just do not care as long as they are making their money. The noise level is insane, and the other tenants literally only care about themselves. BOOOO FIRE TAIDE NOW SHE DON'T DO SHIT FOR ANY OF THE TENANTS AND HAS THE AUDACITY TO TRY TO PLACE BLAME ELSEWHERE BOO. If you are debating moving here DONT. They have roaches and once you are moved in they won't fix anything wrong with your apartment. They dont cate about the tenants who are already here. So many people moved out and when i talked to the nice young lady she said her apartment had been unfinished for the whole year she had been living here. You'd be better off moving somewhere else. Taide is nice and helpful. She always polite when I call. Maintenance is always there when I put in for something broken . Within 72 hours. Place is clean. Only issue is laundry machine. Doesn't have a number to call with an issue.. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
Taide and Hector both do a great job people get a little impatient with them but they haven't realized that these 2 are running 2 property's completely alone and it definitely can get hectic but they are doing amazing !
