Price of rent is very fair, any issues we’ve had have been addressed ASAP, place is kept clean. We are working parents, I work from home and spouse works nights. It’s peaceful enough over here for him to sleep during the day while I work. Lady in the office is straightforward… she gets things done!!! I like it that way. We’ve never given her any issues and she’s never given us any!
Property manager who answers phone is extremely rude.
A manager is very rude she hates kids. She doesn't want the kids to have any fun she says that the kids have to stay on their property and they're not allowed to go in anybody else's grass
