Very professional staff at the front desk and the Doctor was extremely helpful.
This clinic is the worst place ever!! They will charge you $80 or more to fill out a medical form even tho the doctor prescribes the medication. The so called young manager will not let you speak with anyone else in the clinic or higher than her position. I had a bad feeling about this creepy doctors office from day one so now I’m searching for a new clinic.
Great staff, and Doctor Hoang is a really good doctor who explains everything in detail.
The doctor is knowledgeable about functional medicine, and I didn't have a problem with the office until there was an issue with a test that they performed. The office "manager" absolutely did not want to try to resolve it, and proceeded to tell me that it was "not her job". It took months to get it resolved, with no help from them. So, it was an okay experience until the incompetent staff ruined it. Also, they very rarely answered the phones.
