I feel the Complex will continue to fail because Management at the time.Jennifer McFarland rubbed too many tents the wrong way.Word of mouth has spread of how she over charges u rent,she ran \$1 & \$2 move in specials and once u move in she takes move in special back and send u thru eviction court,if u receive rent assistance u pay or if u can t afford to she evicts u and u loss your assistance.due to the eviction.DCA should go back over the years and see how many on there program that were evicted during there stay and I gu... read more
i lived in pine forest for 4 months and didnt like it at all! i got an eye infection from the pool!! it was vert dirty, and the office maneger MRS JENNIFER was down right rude, i would never tell and of the ppl that i no to move the!!!! there should be no reason ppl should not be able to stnd outside there apt if they are paying rent, and most of all it take forever for them to come and fix somthing, i will be calling corp. kevin smith about her
