I lived there 1yr n 2 months i seen different mangement teams and my icebox didnt work they didnt care to fix it they bought me a molded one that didnt work either i has no heat or hot water for 3months the manger was rude very bad place to live at the city condemn them because the owner refuse to repair or fix anything there all the residents were made to move out of the complex due to no heat no hot water n no repairs be done to the property then as we were moving out i had someone trying to brake in my apt the hole time i... read more
Room for improvement; the outside is a little more run down, the apartments can be pretty spacious.
Management is bad here. Promise to fix something and they don't. Of course everything in this complex needs to be fixed. They don't care for their tenants. Highly recommend not living here the headaches aren't worth it.
Very rude on the phone! Just a crocked apartment complex beware!!
