Working with Pine has always been a delight. They are able to get us obscure equipment, often short notice, and always work with us when schedules change, which is super accommodating. It's also a relief to not have to worry about battery charge levels, maintenance, or calibration. They handle all that for you. The mini fridge at the office is always well stocked too!
I experienced the best customer service I have received in the business! The ladies were all so helpful and kind, they resolved all my issues and gave me snacks and swag before I left. Pine is great!!
Not really an easy company to work with. Had equipment reserved and it was not ready when promised.
Great place for environmental rental equipment. The staff is very friendly.
