The staff who helped plan my father's funeral (in January 2010) and my mother's funeral (December, 2019) were very professional and caring. HOWEVER, that was the last "good experience." Since my dad's burial, we have watched in dismay as the grounds of the cemetery have become more and more neglected. The once beautiful stream flowing through the grounds, with beautiful azaleas on the banks, and ducks swimming, is now a disgusting mess of litter, dead plants, and stagnant water. I have on 5 different occasions for 4 months reported a destroyed brass flower container and base on my mothers grave.Each time I was assured it would be taken care of and even received calls from them that it was fixed.Each time I checked the site I found it to be in the same condition and reported it again and again promised it would be fixed and received a call that it was fixed.I checked it again today 9-6-20 and found it in exactly in the same condition as 4 months ago when I first reported it.Very,very,very poor servic... read more
