It was a nightmare living here.
Saw Pinecrest today. I spoke with a lady named Alicia she seemed really nice and the place looked okay. I am looking for a two bedroom and the apartment was one of the biggest ones I saw. I am not sure what the carpet is like in the other places but this one had brownish white. The place looked great during the day time. I am gonna check it out at night.
I have never been to pine crest Apartments and I dont have any association with anyone there..but I do know that these comments were apparently made in bizarre fashion. Notice how the one comment says the hot water tanks are from the 70's but the apartment complex was built in 1985...hmmm...also, there was a management change it appears a few months ago and this one person hated it there so bad but then said they lived there for 4 years...who keeps resigning leases year after year if they hate it...seems like some manager fr... read more
Taxes money is my ticket out of here. Are you reading some of these reviews? Sounds like the manager posted a bunch of them, so I thought I'd write a "real" review. Moved in, water heater is old as dirt, all apliances are from the 1970's or 1980's. It takes months to get anything fixed and when it does get fixed it is cheaply done and breaks again. My neighbor asked me to log on and write what its really like here since there has been a lot of fake 5 star reviews from the manager. this place is ghetto. the manager told me that this was the better part of san bernardino, yeah right. drug dealers surround us. homeless people sleep on our community which is scary at night because they are probably homeless because of a criminal background.
