Brian King the new property manager is awesome he got me in there quick and easy I got approved ASAP The renovated apartments are awesome check it out
I went there in November 2019 The photos are deciving The property on the outside is green and white So they painted this complex I went to the office to see a unit and the girls in the office was nice, but very unorganized and ghetto. They didn't know nothing. I went and talked to the people who lived in the complex and they showed me there unit and that maintenance had not locked the doors to several units that were vacant. Wouldn’t even give them one star the air conditioning doesn’t work. I put in several work orders to have a leak that was obviously caving the roof and not once did anyone show up to even look at the issue. The apartments are crawling with roaches even if you clean regularly they claim to have someone spray each apartment monthly but on the entire year I was there only 2 times did they come by my apartment building, mind you I work night shift so I’m ALWAYS home during the day.
