With our problematic allergy proned Miss Kylee, I humbly thank Dr Dubbs for breaking everything down in Lehmans terms so we can ALL try to understand what is going on with her. Everything from struvite crystals, to staff infections. I GREATLY recommend Dr Dubbs as a vet for ANYONE. He takes his time, does not prescribe b.s. situations, a man of his word, and takes his time to get to know tbe pets. My dog does not like people. Period. We had an emergency with our beagle last night (she suddenly was unable to bear any weight on her hind legs). We had never even been to Pine Creek Vet, but they quickly got us in between appointments even though they were booked solid the rest of the evening and they treated us as though they had known us forever! We are so thankful we found them and I think we have found our new doctor for our fur babies ��
Love this office!! Couldn't have asked for better help or care for our 10 year old Candie she was diagnosed with bone cancer on Friday, and Tuesday, Dr Reese made arrangements to get her in for an amputation. Needless to say, ALL THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!! Our Candie is doing GREAT!! As a Tri Paw we didn't know what to expect and they answered all of our questions and phone calls! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!
We are so grateful to Dr. Reese, Vet Tech Amy, Danielle, and all the other girls at the front desk. We had an emergency with our dog (3 days into new puppies!) and they were just amazing. Got us in first thing, took great care of us. Compassionate, caring, calm, personable and kind. Even took the time to give our son a tour. I want say Thank You for helping our Lucy the Beagle!!! We do not live in your area but we were vacationing for a long weekend and our Lucy gets so very carsick. You worked with our hometown vet and helped us to get the prescription that we needed soothe ride home would not be as horrible. It worked !!!!! Again your practice ROCKS!!!!!
I am truly happy with every aspect of this veterinary, very through and courteous ! They took the time with me and my Yorkie Bailey, very satisfied customer for sure !
Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the nurses to Dr Reese are wonderful. They love my dogs and are great to them!
Been taking my dogs to Pine Creek vets for longtime and happy with everything.When you hunt Ruff Grouse or Pheasants accidents do happen and usually on holiday when things are closed etc ..Pick up phone and you will get help from from PCVA 24 hrs a day when your pup has porky quills in face or bad ear cut that will not stop or ate box of rat poison they will be there to get you taken care of ..I remember Dr.reese senior when he first saw Whiskers and said,WHAT IS THAT?
