He shows no empathy. Went to him for 2 years and still didn’t know my name. Performed a procedure that wasn’t necessary and I now have a numb toe. Did not help me at all.
I haven't met the doctor or had treatment yet, but his was the only office of the three I called that had a real person answering the phone. No automated answering machines sending me into oblivion with beeping and other noises. The staff person who did answer was very helpful. I am looking forward to this appointment.
