I had a home built by Pine Cove and had nothing but issues. The home is built with cheap materials. The roof was not properly installed. Have had roof leaks. Haytham has no urgency to fix it. He does not care that his reputation is at stake. Buyers save their hard earned money and build a new home should expect better quality and response from the builder. I would not recommend that you build with Pine Cove at all.
I had a home built by Pine Cove Builder I have had many issues with the quality of the products used. The contractors, especially the roofer, did not perform quality installation. I now have roof leakage over my garage. My experience has been that the responsibility for the issues has little accountability.
