RecommendedI had a soiled animal stain on a sofa cushion and thought there would be no way to save it. I decided to contact Pine Cleaners on the off chance something could be done. Promptly treated and am thrilled that the stain is gone AND their is no longer a smell! Great customer service, pricing and expediting! Highly recommend
They “lost “ a brand new sweater I took there for cleaning. Would not reimburse, not even what their policy on the receipt says they will. I feel they robbed me.
Above doing great work, Pine cleaners opened for me on a Sunday, the day they are closed, due to an emergency preventing me from being able to pick up my cloths prior. This was before a work trip I had, the following Monday and they went above and beyond to sort me out. I think this type of behavior is exactly what you want out of any business. Thanks again for helping me. You made a moment that matters and I will not forget.

I don't think they did anything to my shirt other then make it dirtier, and when I asked for a redo they gave it back 3 days later in the exact same condition. Very poor service
