My fiancé was denied his initial request to have the tooth pulled back in January and instead the dentist insisted on fixing the tooth, and pushing costly procedures without informed consent until after the second root canal and prior to the completion of the crown. Did not advise of alternative, less costly treatments. This is negligent, we will be disputing the claim with insurance as well as contacting a personal injury attorney because he did not receive informed consent.
