Instead of evaluating my current medical status, the examiner focused on a 2025 non-DOT pre-employment hair follicle test while disregarding my current satisfactory test results. If I could give this office zero stars, I would. My experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I waited for hours in a short-staffed office and was met with rude, dismissive communication. During the hair-follicle test, large sections of my hair were cut, leaving visibly thin and bald areas. After both my urine and hair-follicle tests came back negative, the examiner still attempted to remove me from service for three months based on claims that, to my knowledge, were not supported by any document... read more
