Whoever thinks this man is nice, watch what happent when he doesnt ging you ur deposit Acts nice but is an old jacka$s. He said the dishwasher was new and tried it and flooded the house. Apartment had Mice, Roaches And few bed bugs. When my father passed away we had to move closer to his graveyard and my mother cleaned house like hell. I guess I should have known what I was in for when I looked at the place and there were cigarette ashes lining the bedroom walls. Mr. Pine assured me that everything had been steam cleaned. My friends were helping me moving in furniture. One of my friends was bit 3 times by bedbugs and she was only inside for 5 minutes! Mr. Pine assured me the bugs were not theirs but they would hire an exterminator anyway. They wouldn't even let me see any of their rental apartments! They didn't think I could handle stairs! I am partially blind and they wanted to keep me safe.....................stick me into their "55+ facility called Bradford apartments" What is this the stone age? I can't handle stairs! Even after a lawyer friend talked to them, she recommended that I NOT deal with them. "No changing their minds." Creeps!
Worse Landlord ever!! Do not deal with this man. He wants money and never ever fixes things. He has only one tech for all his apartments. Everyone complains and the ones that dont are nasty people.
