I’ve been living here for three years, and this has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Having maintenance on-site makes a huge difference—they’re always responsive and reliable. I also really appreciate the addition of the park for kids; it’s a great space for them to play safely. The parking lot and surrounding areas are always kept clean, and I honestly have no complaints. The property managers have been amazing to work with from day one until now. Highly recommend!
Applied for an apartment that was listed as available, only after I payed my application fees did they tell me the apartment wasn't available. Also there is a mandatory subscription service just to upload basic information about your pet, that's ontop of the normal pet deposits and fees. Your third party pet screening doesn't even require proof of vaccinations... lol it's a fake scam service that provides nothing. It's simple documentation, a couple lines of text and a picture, stop being lazy and have your office workers do... read more

Heidi was fast and professional. However I did not lease the apartment because I found another place due to my circumstances, she understood and told me if I ever need to come back , I can. Thank you Heidi for the opportunity.
