Staff was absolutely disrespectful at check in, avoidant and the tone reflected nothing short of apathy, my relative had a dental appointment at 5 pm on 5/5/26 and was spoken down to, and made to feel worse about their condition. Why even bother having late appointments if you aren’t going to honor them. Do not receive treatment here. They do not operate professionally and again they were completely disrespectful
Nurse Debose is VERY rude. She needs to change her tone of voice when treating patients. She comes across as if she doesn’t want to be there and very nonchalant to questions. Also short responses that certainly doesn’t give a welcoming environment. I left a message for a callback and she literally said,” You call me?” in the rudest tone. That’s not professional at all. This is their last time seeing me!
