Pretty rough customer service on the phone had to dig for information, kind of an exhausting phone call. Not really an attitude of wanting to help. Hopefully their service side is different
They’ve come out 3 times to replace 2 windows. First time - They measured wrong so no new windows but they took out the old ones and broke them so we were left with no windows at all. 2nd time- brought the right ones but as they installed them they broke them. So we got cracked windows until they ordered new ones which would take 2 weeks. 3rd time- put one in right and broke another one. Maybe just handle garage doors if your company can’t handle glass
