I will be happy to discuss my rating if someone from the service area would like to give me a call. I have owned Honda vehicles for over 40 years and I have never had a service department do any work on a vehicle without consulting with me first and getting my authorization. In my opinion, this is not a good business practice. I brought my car in for a mirror replacement - the service manager decided to add all of the outstanding recall work to my work order. Very professional, clean, knowledgeable, friendly service.
They did a good job on my car but my car smells like oil & gas even when driving it with the windows open. Also they left their drink cup in my car.
Outstanding Dealership on the sales and service sides. Recommended.
