We bought my car online. I signed all the paperwork beforehand so getting the vehicle once we arrive was pretty simple. It's a used car so a few dings here and there are to be expected. I asked our sales person if it had any dings or scratches and he said no. When we arrived, there was a huge scratch on the passenger side back door.
