I would like to thank Dr. David Roy and his plastic surgery staff at the Pine Belt Dermatology Skin Cancer Center in Petal, MS for the outstanding service I received when they removed a Basal Cell Carcinoma from my upper lip this week. They had to remove one-third of my lip and some of my muscle above the lip, and even though it looks swollen and frightful now, it appears that my lip will return very closely to normal when it heals. One of the most friendliest places I have ever been.. I really like this place..I was nervous and they explained everything before they done it.. I was very pleased.
PBD went above to correct the situation. I've been twice now, this last time seeing The new PA, I have forgotten her name but I loved her & will see her from now on! I made an apt with Lauren in Hattiesburg. The receptionist said she was putting me down at 4 & would approve it with Lauren & call me back if it was not good. No one called back so I drove an hour to my apt to find out they didn't have me down & she wouldn't see me! Very bad business because someone failed to do their job!
