I called to schedule an oil change and asked if I had any free oil changes left, Mo said I did and I booked my appointment here which is 30+ min. from where I live. When I showed up, they said it wasn't free and basically said there was nothing they can do. The man helping me went to talk to the manager and the manager only offered 15%. I went out of my way to come 30+ cause I called and got confirmation that it was free. I could go anywhere for oil filter, not all the way to Lakewood.
