I traded a car to get another one and they kept it. Then they told me they wouldn't give me the new car because I'm not a citizen and now I don't have my old car either because they pay it and on top of that they're asking me to pay money without having either the new car or the old one. And they call me to threaten me that they will send me to Collection without even having any car
Terrible experience, very unprofessional and unresponsive staff. Finance Manager Rob was a hothead with a complex, screamed at us and threatened to shred the contract and end the deal because he didn’t like that we were asking about some of the additional charges. Directly after telling us he was new and hadn’t been there long. Never dealt with anything like that, it was wild.
