I recently had a coolant system leak and scheduled an appointment with Pine Belt Jeep, driving 45 minutes to drop off my vehicle. The next morning, they called to say they couldn’t diagnose the issue because the check engine light was off. I asked them to proceed anyway, as the leak was clearly visible, (coolant reservoir halfway filled) but they refused.
