On my 3rd car from Pinbelt Chevrolet. Never had a problem with service. Seems Mary always seems to be my service advisor. She is always listening to what and why I brought my car in. The mechanics who ever handled my car has always done an elegant job working on my car(s).
I called bc I wanted a copy of my truck warranty I bought it used in 2022 and they could easily give me a copy bc it’s right in the computer however instead of that I was given different people that would supposedly call me back the wrong people like the service department guy just wanting me to come in for service which I never asked for then i had called multiple times and used the chat multiple times mind you !
