I purchased my second Chevy from pine belt. My salesman Jeremy was great. He went through everything in the car, there were so many features added to the 2026 Equinox, spent a lot of time with us getting different rates for us. Anthony from finance office was great, so much patience with us and explained every way we could go with our finances. The experience with both employees was the best experience I've had purchasing a car. Thank you Jeremy and Anthony
Three strikes.. wont be rerurning. 2hrs 20min for a $160 oil change. Steering wheel full of oil, Seat and wheel moved out of its original position. (Most dealers would terminate techs for this). Couldnt even wash it. Fed typical excuses from advisor. on waiting times. Just poor service all around. This is the third an final strike with this service dept. Went for my 1st oil change. The greeter took my info, let me know Taylor would be out to talk to me, filled my windshield wiper fluid and put seat and floor protectors on. Taylor explained what would be done and then showed me to the waiting room. Taylor came to get me when it was done and brought me to the cashier. 1st oil change was free with multipoint inspection. All and all it was a pleasant experience. The only thing I saw (when I got home) was plenty of hand smudges from the mechanic on the vehicle. The truck was spot... read more
