The power goes out like twice a week at these apartments and if you have any complaints they won’t be heard since they refuse to answer the phone or hear any voicemails left. Go to the office? Out of the question since it’s always locked and no one is ever there. No water pressure in the shower head and toilet flushes only 50% of the time. And to top that off they like to charge people over $1000 to live here. In a 2 bed 1 bath apartment where the fridge hits the back door when opening the damn thing. Neighbors are wonderful. Office people are very rude. I can not understand why she is still working there.
Awesome location great looking apartments but the lady's who work in the office are HORRIBLE! !! NOT HELPFUL and RUDE....definitely great place just need better customer service
I love the area and my apartment itself, but that office Manager is rude and very disrespectful; you can't ask her any questions without her having the nastiest attitude. I just moved into my apartment around Christmas and already I'm ready to move again. I wish I would have known before moving here. Not only that, she wrote down my amount that I needed to pay on a sticky note, I went and got a money order for that amount and now she say that she didn't say that.
