The power goes out like twice a week at these apartments and if you have any complaints they won’t be heard since they refuse to answer the phone or hear any voicemails left. Go to the office? Out of the question since it’s always locked and no one is ever there. No water pressure in the shower head and toilet flushes only 50% of the time.
