I came in to the Pinedale Urgent Care on a Monday morning so it was busy. I was seen within an hour and a half for what turned out to be a broken ankle The ladies at the front desk were helpful and the three professionals who attended me once inside were cheerful and communicated clearly. I felt well taken care of.
Wrote an adult level prescription for my kid. Couldn’t get it fixed. Waited hours. Kids crying. Taking hours. Should have been simple.
