I was very glad to finally find a family doctor. My kids and I have both had a few health issues and Dr Deonarian is very personable and knowledgable about traditional medicine and also some alternative therapies. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and discusses treatment options in collaborative way.
Very hard to schedule an appointment as they are closed Friday-Sunday's. I’ve called on a Thursday at 2:30pm no answer. I’ve walked in, told I need an appointment. I’ll be travelling to Lethbridge from now on to see a dr.
Waited for w hours while people just kept coming in and passing me. What's the point of offering walk in appointments if you just make them sit for hours.
Awful experience coming here. Receptionist was rude when speaking to her yesterday and seeing Dr. Stephens today was the worst doctor's visit I have ever experienced. He didn't offer any follow up care, physical or mental, after a work place incident, didn't ask any questions regarding the incident or my injury, he just seemed entirely reluctant to help me at all.
