Have been coming to this store for a couple of years now. They've always been very friendly with fast service. If you're sensitive to smells/chemicals , just be aware that the chlorine smell is really strong and can be smelled out into the parking lot.
Have consistently been so helpful for me/my family as we care for our own pool. We use their store weekly to check balances, get supplies, etc. Lately our salt cell stopped working and once we diagnosed problem, Declan came to our house the very next day on site - I imagined would be a 2 week turnaround with filing warranty, etc but by the time he left had it fully replaced and fully running. Highly highly recommend them for any and all pool needs!
I regularly stop in for bulk chlorine purchases. One of the few spots you can still fill a trailer tank at. Very convenient and the employees are always so accommodating and nice.
Scott and his team have cared for our pool weekly for over five years. They always do a great job and document their work with photos and a description of the work. We recently had Scott replace our pump with a top of the line Pentair and could not be happier. Also, a recent heater failure due to a faulty control panel was diagnosed by Scott who could have simply replaced the heater for $4500 plus. I buy all my pool maintenance supplies from Pinch A Penny in Estero, and they have always been fantastic! Recently, I had a Pentair IntelliFlo3 pool pump installed, and I couldn’t be happier. It was a complicated job, but Scott took the time to answer all my questions before the installation. We even went into the store beforehand to discuss the details, which gave me peace of mind.
