Raul needs a courtesy lesson from the boss. Rude little pip. I walk with a walker but using my cane in the store. Ignored the fact that he could have taken my bottle back with him while he took the lady in front of me who ran in front of me through the door as he watched. The customer service at this store is outstanding. I am always greeted at the door and asked how my pool is looking. They genuinely care. They test my water and let me know what needs to be done, if anything, and never try to sell me anything that isn’t needed. The manager has this place running like a well oiled machine. I will be sending my friends and family there.
My husband and I walked in 4 minutes before closing, not realizing the hours of operation before we left our house. Patrick and Dave gave us amazing service, reassuring is that they would stay and help us even though they should have been closing. Patrick tested our pool water, offered sound advice, and even offered some ideas on how to better maintain the chemical levels. Thank you both for the great service!
